Refund policy

The Moke America Shop has a no return policy. 

Please make sure you are ordering an accessory for a Moke made by Moke America. Our tops, seat covers, car covers and all other items will not fit other Mokes. They are measured to precisely fit our Mokes and only our Mokes. Our charging cord is proprietary to Moke America and will not charge other Mokes. We are not responsible for items purchased for other Mokes. Please ensure you are ordering for a Moke produced by Moke America. 

Damages and issues
The only returns we accept are if the item arrived damaged. Then, we will be happy to replace it (with proof of packaging and damage). Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
